Chinese Taiji Martial Art Training Every Morning

A Chinese Taiji martial art expert is teaching 24-moveTaijiquan in Pentagon
city area for one month.
Weekday class: 7:00 to 8:00 AM (Mon-Fri);
Weekend class: 8:00-9:30 AM (Sat & Sun)

Place: the play ground in front of the public library across South Joyce
Street.

$60 per person per month for either class. Refundable if not satisfied with
the progress of your learning and the benefits it brings.

Chinese Taijiquan is a symbolic knockout of traditional Chinese sports. As a
body building exercise, Taijiquan is beneficial to the internal organs as well
as the skin and bones. The uniqueness and the biggest advantage of Chinese
Taijiquan, compared with other sports, is that it calls for withdrawal of the
spirit to attain concentration, calmness and combination of mobility and
immobility, so Taijiquan practitioners can get rid of depressions and maintain
healthy disposition. Some benefits of Chinese Taijiquan are listed as the
